This Privacy Policy describes how Lunker ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Lunker app or website (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: Name, email, profile photo, and any optional profile fields you provide (bio, location).
• Sign-in info: When you sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.
• Content you create: Catches, posts, photos, videos, comments, GPS coordinates you choose to attach, and reactions.
• Usage info: IP address, browser/device type, approximate location from your IP, pages visited, and activity timestamps.
• Photos & location: If you grant permission, we read GPS metadata from photos you upload to plot catches on a map. You can disable location embedding at any time.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate and improve the Service
• To personalize your feed and recommendations
• To enforce our Terms of Service and detect abuse
• To send notifications you have opted into
• To respond to support requests

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that host or operate parts of the Service (cloud storage, email delivery, analytics) under contracts that require confidentiality
• Other users, to the extent your profile and content are public by your choice
• Law enforcement when required by a valid legal process

4. Your Choices

• You can edit or delete most content you have posted
• You can block any user from your profile
• You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@lunker.io
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Deleted content is removed from public view immediately and purged from backups within 30 days.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The version tag above changes when we do; we will prompt you to review material changes the next time you sign in.
