Welcome to Lunker. By creating an account or using the Lunker app or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service lets you post photos, videos, comments, and other content (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Lunker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to post, link to, or share any User Content that is:
Lunker reserves the right to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.
Every piece of User Content includes a "Report" action that lets you flag it for review. Reports are reviewed by Lunker moderators and acted on, typically within 24 hours. You can also block any user from interacting with you or appearing in your feed; blocked users cannot see your profile or content.
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect prohibited content. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Repeat offenders will be banned.
Our handling of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Fishing involves inherent risks; you are solely responsible for your safety and for complying with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version number above and prompt you to review and accept the new Terms the next time you sign in.
